Record the Outcome

Each card shows the medication, dose, form and participant, and an overdue chip shows how late an action is. Open it to record the outcome: administered, refused, withheld or deferred to clinical review.

On the Participant Record

Each participant's profile carries Medications, Clinical, Behaviour Support Plan and Restrictive Practices tabs, alongside their plan, goals and emergency contact.

Storage, Disposal and eMAR Audit

Storage checks and disposal logs sit in the same menu as the queue, and eMAR reports and the eMAR audit keep the history behind every action.

How it works

Due, recorded, reviewed

1Due

Medication actions appear in the queue as they fall due, with overdue items flagged first.

2Recorded

The worker who performed the action records the outcome at the time, following your medication policy.

3Reviewed

Refusals, missed doses and PRN reviews surface for follow-up, and eMAR reports keep the history.

Your questions answered

Common questions

Who records a medication action?
The worker who performed it, at the time it happens, following your organisation's medication policy. Refusals and missed doses should be escalated through your clinical procedures.
Does it handle PRN medication?
Yes. PRN-eligible actions have their own tab in the queue, and PRN reviews are tracked separately so they are not missed.
Can workers see medication plans on their phone?
Yes. The worker mobile app shows medication, mealtime and emergency plans, and workers acknowledge the current version before delivering support.
Is medication management included on every plan?
Yes. Every core feature is included on every tier, with unlimited users โ€” see pricing.
