1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and guidelines for using the AusVanta NDIS Provider Management Platform ("Platform"). This AUP forms part of the Terms and Conditions between AusVanta Pty Ltd ("AusVanta", "we", "us", "our") and the Customer.
All Authorised Users must comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

2. Acceptable Use
2.1 Permitted Uses
The Platform may be used for:
⦁ Managing NDIS participant records and care plans
⦁ Scheduling support worker shifts and service delivery
⦁ Tracking time and generating timesheets
⦁ Recording service delivery notes and evidence
⦁ Managing staff profiles and certifications
⦁ Generating billing and compliance reports
⦁ Communication between authorised staff members
⦁ Integration with approved third-party applications
2.2 Authorised Users Only
Only individuals who have been:
⦁ Invited and registered by the Customer's Administrator
⦁ Assigned appropriate roles and permissions
⦁ Agreed to these Terms and AUP
may access the Platform.

3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 Unauthorised Access
You must not:
⦁ Access or attempt to access another Customer's Tenant
⦁ Use another user's credentials or share your credentials
⦁ Access areas of the Platform you are not authorised to use
⦁ Attempt to circumvent security controls
⦁ Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
3.2 Unlawful Content
You must not upload, store, or transmit:
⦁ Illegal or unlawful content
⦁ Content that infringes Intellectual Property Rights
⦁ Content that defames, harasses, or threatens others
⦁ Material containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
⦁ Content that violates Australian law or the law of any other jurisdiction
3.3 Misuse of Personal Information
You must not:
⦁ Access Participant information without a legitimate work purpose
⦁ Download or export personal information for unauthorised purposes
⦁ Share Participant information with unauthorised third parties
⦁ Use personal information for purposes outside the scope of NDIS service delivery
3.4 System Interference
You must not:
⦁ Interfere with or disrupt Platform services
⦁ Overload or stress-test Platform infrastructure
⦁ Introduce malicious code or vulnerabilities
⦁ Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
3.5 Fraud and Misrepresentation
You must not:
⦁ Create false or misleading records
⦁ Falsify timesheets or billing records
⦁ Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
⦁ Submit fraudulent NDIS claims

4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
⦁ Keeping your password secure and confidential
⦁ Logging out after each session
⦁ Reporting suspected unauthorised access immediately
⦁ Not sharing your account with others
4.2 Accurate Information
You must:
⦁ Provide accurate information when creating records
⦁ Update information when it changes
⦁ Correct errors promptly
⦁ Ensure data quality and integrity
4.3 Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws, including:
⦁ Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles
⦁ National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013
⦁ NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
⦁ Work health and safety legislation
⦁ Fair Work Act 2009
4.4 Respectful Conduct
You must:
⦁ Treat other users with respect and courtesy
⦁ Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discrimination
⦁ Not post offensive or inappropriate content
⦁ Follow the Customer's workplace policies

5. Monitoring and Enforcement
5.1 Monitoring
AusVanta may monitor Platform usage for:
⦁ Security purposes
⦁ Performance optimisation
⦁ Compliance with this AUP
⦁ Detection of unauthorised activity
We do not access Customer Data without authorisation unless:
⦁ Required for technical support (with Customer consent)
⦁ Required to investigate a potential breach
⦁ Required by law

⦁ AusVanta is not responsible for third-party services
