It started with a simple frustration
Ali Sattar, our co-founder, had spent years working alongside Australian NDIS providers. Time and again he watched the same thing happen: disconnected software, scattered spreadsheets, and manual processes piling up until administration swallowed the day. People who'd joined the sector to support participants were instead buried in compliance, rostering, payroll, and claims.
He was convinced it didn't have to be this way — and the idea for Ausvanta was born.
We built Ausvanta to give that time back. No more clunky, generic databases bent into shapes they were never designed for — instead, a practical system built around the real, day-to-day work of running an NDIS organisation.
Today, Ausvanta supports NDIS providers across Australia, helping them simplify operations and cut administrative load. We've grown by listening to the people who use it every day, staying close to NDIA changes, and focusing on the workflows that keep a provider sustainable.
